We know how difficult it can be to go to counseling.
So, we want to assure you that at Daily Bread Counseling we will take the time and effort to welcome you into an atmosphere of acceptance.
You may request a Counselor, however, not all contract Counselors work at every location. Your Counselor will be assigned to you when your appointment is set.

To help make your first visit easy, let us suggest the following:

Keep an open mind.

Know that you come with your problems and also with your solutions.

Know that you will need at least three sessions to build a therapeutic relationship with your counselor.

Visit the FORMS section and download the Client Information, Client Informed Consent and the Client Wavier forms, complete them and bring with you to your first session

Visit the Insurance Info section and locate your insurance company or call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify benefits, deductible, co-pay, and obtain an authorization number if needed.

RATES:
During your first session, your Counselor will discuss with you the Informed Consent and answer your questions.
Remember, the most difficult part has already been done, you made your appointment.
