Self Help Resources

This screening provides innovative mental health and substance abuse resources, linking those in need to quality treatment options.

You are encouraged to print off your results and bring them with you to your first session or take them to your PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN (PCP).

Couples Check-up

Married? How healthy is your marriage?

Engaged? Falling in LOVE is the easy part.

Dating? Things are getting more serious.

Then consider a confidential Couples Check up to identify the strengths and growth areas of a healthy relationship.

This is a great tool to use for pre-marital counseling.

Patient Portal

When you schedule your first appointment you will be instructed to set up your Portal into Daily Bread Counseling.

You will be able to receive reminders of your next appointment by email, phone call, or text.

We know how difficult it can be to call and schedule a counseling appointment, much less actually go to the first counseling session.

You will have seven days to set up your account.

To set up your Patient Portal Account call Donna at 501-847-2229 ex:1.
